Robert W. Pulsifer grew up in both Elizabethtown, NY and Saratoga Springs, NY. He graduated from Saratoga Springs High School in 1981. He earned an A.S. Degree in Business Administration from SUNY Adirondack in 1985, and then he earned a B.A. Degree in English from SUNY Albany in 1987.
Rob attended law school at West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV (Let's Go, Mountaineers!) from 1988-1991. He earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence and graduated from law school on May 12, 1991. He returned to New York after law school to live in his dual hometowns of Saratoga Springs and Elizabethtown, NY.
Immediately following his admission to the New York & Massachusetts Bars, Rob established his law practice in Saratoga Springs, NY. The practice has continuously operated through the present day.
